We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to join our  senior leadership team, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting

• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and service

• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing F&B teams

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards

• Analyse market trends and maintain a competitive, contemporary F&B offering

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury or high-volume hotel environment

• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership capability

• Proven ability to drive service excellence and team performance

• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management

• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

• Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS platforms

• Creativity and innovation in designing distinctive F&B concepts and memorable guest experiences
