Food & Beverage Attendant - Goldfinch / Conference & Events

Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square is located in the CBD and is Brisbane’s largest contemporary style hotel, featuring 438 guestrooms, extensive conferencing facilities with 12 event spaces, and several dining venues including Goldfinch Restaurant, and our Award Winning Rooftop Bar, Sixteen Antlers.

The Hotel is currently seeking Bartender/Mixologist Superstars to join our team on as Food & Beverage Team in Sixteen Antlers

The role

In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:

• Exceptional Food & Beverage service with all interactions.
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items
• Assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
• Being a bartender with flair!

What we are looking for

If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:

• Bartender experience in a similar role & environment.
• Strong knowledge of the 'Cocktail Classics' is essential
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
