Job Description

About the Role!

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage,  you will oversee the entire Food and Beverage team within the hotel consisting of Restaurant, Banquets, Mini Bar, Café and Bar. You will play a significant role in operational excellence evaluating guest feedback and developing the team, whilst maximising profit.  You will also be responsible for setting departmental targets and objectives, budgets, policies and procedures and implementing an effective F&B marketing strategy in cooperation with our sales and marketing team.


Qualifications

About You!

  • Extensive background in Food and Beverage, with at least three years’ experience in a similar role. Strong experience in a banquets or events venue will be highly regarded.
  • Passion for service excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing people and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Budget development and financial acumen.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Attentive and have an eye for detail.
  • Strong skills in Opera or similar PMS as well as Micros and Excel – administration skills are essential.
