Job Description

 

  • As a Finance Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department through efficient administrative and clerical assistance. You will ensure the smooth operation of daily financial activities, maintain accurate documentation,
  • Your role includes handling correspondence and reports, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems for invoices and contracts, and assisting with the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements. You will follow up on pending matters with other departments, ensure compliance with Accor financial policies and audit standards, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy. With your positive attitude and commitment to service excellence, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of the Finance Department in line with Accor’s values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,  or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or finance-related role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine team spirit
