Job Description

  • Support day-to-day finance operations including AR, AP, General Ledger reporting.
  • Handle hotel cash operations, reconciliations, bank statements, credit cards, and city ledger accounts.
  • Assist with monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, budgeting, inventories, and month-end/year-end closings.
  • Support financial and tax audits, corporate reporting, and reimbursable invoicing.
  • Ensure accurate revenue posting, billing, taxation, and reconciliation across PMS, POS, and related systems.
  • Manage credit control processes, account setup, collections, and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain financial records, vendor files, contracts, and accounting databases.
  • Assist purchase authorizations, inventory audits, and office administration.
  • Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

  1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  2. Ability to compile facts and figures
  3. Command of the English language both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera, Room master, Protel, Visual One, Delphi, Sun Finance, Oracle Finance, SAP etc.
  5. High School Graduate or Master of commerce or BS in Accounting preferred 
  6. 1-2 years’ work experience with previous accounting Office experience or experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting
