Job Description

  • A role model in grooming and professional demeanor, being an ambassador for programs in the Food & Beverage Division.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s social media content strategy to drive engagement across channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. At the same time manage overall outreach activities 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective branding and marketing strategies to promote the F&B.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and target markets for restaurant chain expansion.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Communicates effectively with guests, clients, government officials, and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction with service and product.
  • Maintain great guest relations and ensure guests become and remain loyal to AccorHotels.
  • Responsible for ensuring that every guest in the database is contacted monthly, e.g. through monthly newsletters, guest call back, and mailouts.
  • Maintains a great relationship and daily communication with all hostess teams, managers, and culinary teams of the hotel.
  • Support driving Marketing & PR initiatives for all F&B outlets. Identify and evaluate new business ventures, strategic partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Supporting to increase Revenues of all F&B Outlets. Lead negotiations with potential franchisees and partners to achieve favorable terms and deal structures for both parties.
  • Handle guest complaints by following instant pacification procedures ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Attend designated meetings. (Daily F&B Meetings, F&B Marketing Meetings, Weekly Operations Meetings, Sales Meetings where required)
  • Responsible for organizing and driving pre-sale and season sales of the yearly program of the hotel in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers; Assistant F&B Manager and F&B Manager.
  • Sales focus such as conducting Sales Calls and presenting the F&B Outlets, Events, and or Promotions to TA/Corporate accounts.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs and strategies
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve and develop the F&B department
  • Meet with each organizer & banquet guests to develop relationships + collect feedback
  • Work on a yearly promotional calendar with F&B to push marketing campaigns

  • Exceptional leadership, strong business and communication skills
  • Account Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
