F&B Services (Waitress / Hostess) 

As a F&B Services (Waitress / Hostess) , you are responsible for :

• Maintain the daily arrival and departure guests list, VIP in house & repeat guest lists, and their dietary preferences to place at each micros station in the restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain complete knowledge & deliver of all F&B services in accordance hotel brand standards.
• Upsell and promote food & beverages offers in every possible opportunity.
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives will be an advantage.
