• Provide professional food and beverage service at the Pool Bar and poolside area
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering attentive service
• Maintain pool safety awareness, reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately
• Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness are consistently maintained in the bar and pool area
• Upsell beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance guest experiences and revenue
• Support in inventory control, stock rotation, and proper handling of bar equipment and supplies
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Previous experience in F&B service or bar operations is an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to speak Thai is required; basic English communication is an advantage
• Knowledge of poolside safety procedures preferred
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
