Job Description

As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional guest service in our Executive Lounge. You will ensure that our VIP guests have an outstanding experience by offering personalized service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with various lounge amenities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and welcoming VIP and Executive-level guests upon arrival.
  • Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring that all items are fresh, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Monitoring lounge cleanliness and coordinating with the housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of lounge events or special services.
  • Recording and responding to guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as guest reservations, lounge inventory, and billing processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or lounge setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; ability to handle guest requests and complaints with tact and courtesy.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining high service and presentation standards.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining calm and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others, collaborate across departments, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the needs of the lounge.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to international guests, is a plus.
