We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our  Brand team at Ennismore  and its luxury brand SLS, leading a bold and extraordinary all-inclusive project in the oasis of Playa Mujeres, just north of Cancún. Our hotel features 500 luxurious rooms, a world-class selection of 18 food & beverage outlets, and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. This resort serves both adults seeking a stylish escape and families in search of meaningful adventure.

Job Description

To provide strategic, administrative, and organizational support to the Vice President / General Manager, ensuring efficient daily operations, alignment with business goals, and a high-level professional presence in all internal and external interactions. This position demands discretion, proactiveness, and fluency in English.

  • Manage and coordinate the daily agenda and commitments of the Vice President / General Manager.
  • Review departmental reports and ensure the implementation of executive directives.
  • Organize high-level meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action plans.
  • Draft and translate professional documents and communications in English and Spanish.
  • Greet and host executive-level guests; act as a spokesperson when required, following protocol.
  • Support public relations initiatives and assist with corporate events.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Executive Office and department heads.
  • Coordinate travel plans, reservations, and other executive logistics.
  • Prepare confidential documentation and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar position, preferably within luxury hospitality or corporate environments.

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality in all aspects
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
