Starting Rate: $20.05 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.96.

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Event Set Up Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms according to event orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, and service areas.
• Safely handle and store tables, chairs, and staging; report any needed repairs.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a focus on guest needs, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Physically capable of constant standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization
