Sales Manager
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the market and competitor information. ​

• Responsible to ensure accurate and timely reporting in sales activities, sales pipelines and all other assigned reports and tasks.​

• Identify and develop potential clients in specified offline segments and incorporate into the sales pipelines.​

• Promote all the hotel products and services.

Your experience and skills include:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Studies. ​

• Minimum 5 years of similar working experience in the hospitality industry. ​

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.​

• Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.​

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management System (PMS). ​

• Analytical, Problem-Solving and Time Management skills.
