Company Description

Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick  Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.


Job Description

1. Distribution Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.
  • Develop and oversee the sales strategy across all channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, corporate clients, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency of content, photos, descriptions, and room information across all platforms.

    2. System and Technology Management
  • Operate and maximize use of Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Ensure smooth system integrations (e.g., between PMS, RMS, and channel manager).
  • Set up and update rate plans, promotions, and packages in distribution systems.

    3. Pricing Strategy
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies based on market demand.
  • Ensure accurate rate implementation across all distribution channels.

    4. Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze the performance of each distribution channel and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Produce distribution reports and support the Revenue Management team with forecasting and budgeting.

  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue teams to align strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the hotel and distribution partners (OTA account managers, B2B partners, etc.).
