Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales - Corporate to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our corporate sales strategy, inspire and mentor our sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with high-value corporate clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies
  • Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution and follow-through
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
