Job Description

As the Director of Marketing, you will serve as the strategic brand custodian for Raffles & Fairmont Doha, ensuring that all marketing and communication efforts reflect the highest standards of the Accor brand at both global and regional levels. Acting as the key liaison with Accor’s global and regional brand, marketing, and corporate communications teams, you will safeguard brand integrity while driving visibility, engagement, and commercial growth across all hotel offerings.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end development, execution, and performance of integrated marketing and communications strategies. This includes managing external agencies, cultivating high-value partnerships, and ensuring each campaign delivers measurable impact. Your strategic vision and operational excellence will help position the hotels prominently in both local and international markets, supporting key brand pillars such as luxury, innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management
  • Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role, proficiency in Arabic language is requied.
  • Experience working with global brand standards, preferably in an international hospitality group
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and market positioning across GCC and global markets
  • Skilled in media planning, digital strategy, influencer engagement, and visual branding
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
