Each room features lofty vaulted ceilings and streamlined design, complimentary wi-fi, and a furnished balcony that looks out onto views of rice paddy fields. Pullman Luang Prabang features a vast lakefront all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and cool pool bar that serves a mix of international and local dishes with ingredients sourced from the resort's own organic farm.


Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), display advertising, and email marketing.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring content is up to date and optimized for SEO.

  • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and reports.

  • Conduct keyword research, manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and SEO.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, template design, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

  • Support marketing events and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing software).

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends.
