Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Conference & Events Coordinator to join our luxury property in the airport precinct.

What you will be doing:

  • All aspects of conference coordination from start to finish, including meet and greets and site inspections, organisation of contracts.
  • All administrative elements of events such as preparation of conference proposals, event orders, payment and account settlement.
  • Liaise with clients in the lead up to, during and following their conference.
  • Liaise with all internal departments to ensure smooth conference running.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and guest experience.
  • Previous experience in Banquets operations team will assist with understanding of Meetings and Events Service Delivery
  • Aspirational office-based role at the centre of conference delivery to our 5-star clients.
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion. What are you passionate about and what are you going to bring to the team?
  • Experience in a similar role, or within a hotel environment would be a bonus.
