Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Marketing Manager to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple properties in the region, driving brand awareness, and maximizing revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a cluster of properties in Umluj and surrounding areas
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
  • Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and local tourism boards
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and tourism marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern markets is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia

  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
