As Multi-Site General Manager for Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and Novotel Suites Luxembourg you are leading two successful, dynamic properties. Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, located in the heart of the European district, features 260 modern rooms, 9 meeting spaces, and a fitness centre. The hotel is fully and extensively renovated in 2024. It’s also home to JUNCO, a Mediterranean restaurant with Portuguese flair, offering vibrant cuisine, a lively cocktail bar, and two outdoor terraces. Novotel Suites Luxembourg, just steps away from the Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, is a 4-star hotel ideal for short or extended stays. It offers spacious modular suites, a 24/7 gourmet area, and a fitness room. Both properties are located near cultural landmarks and the city centre, it’s perfect for business trips and family getaways.

Job Description

As General Manager, you will be the ambassador of the Novotel and Novotel Suites brand and the two hotels Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and Novotel Suites Luxembourg. Your leadership, strategic vision, and interpersonal skills will drive an engaged team of 150 employees, elevate guest satisfaction, and optimize operating results. You will bring strong commercial acumen and tenacity to exceed top-line targets and position the properties competitively in the market. You bring proven experience in high-end F&B concepts and a strong focus on delivering top level guest experiences and delivering exceptional quality.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the business
    • Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the hotels and JUNCO restaurant.
    • Maximize profitability and ensure sound financial management.
    • Ensure full compliance with operational standards and legal requirements.
    • Maintain strong and proactive relationships with ownership and management, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and performance.
  • Building your team
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
  • Driving service culture
    • Maintain high standards of product and service quality.
    • Champion the Novotel and Novotel Suite brand and ensure consistent brand execution.
    • Leverage your strong Food & Beverage background to elevate the dining experience and drive revenue across outlets, especially JUNCO.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • You are fluent in both French and English, with strong business-level proficiency in both languages.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar hotel brand or business.
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Demonstrated success in managing owner relations and multi-stakeholder management
  • Passion for developing people and teams and demonstration of coaching leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Proven track record in driving commercial performance and achieving KPIs.
