Job Description

Step into the world of elevated hospitality as our Club Millesime Team Leader, where you will set the tone for truly memorable experiences, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, elegant, and filled with personal touches that make each stay magnifique.

Leading with warmth and inspiration, you will empower your team to exceed service and revenue goals through coaching, encouragement, and hands-on support. You will oversee flawless food and beverage service, collaborate effortlessly across departments, and gracefully handle guest feedback, turning every interaction into an opportunity to delight.

With a keen eye for detail, you will maintain impeccable presentation, ensure mise-en-place and stock are always perfect, and safeguard financial integrity with confidence. Your expert product knowledge and polished, approachable leadership will elevate every moment in Club Millesime, creating an experience that is both luxurious and warmly memorable.


Qualifications

You are a passionate and inspiring leader, driven by a genuine love for luxury hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable guest experiences. With an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you bring 1-2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or Club Lounge leadership, delivering service that feels both seamless and deeply personal. Your presence exudes confidence and warmth, allowing you to connect effortlessly with guests while guiding your team to perform at their very best.

Impeccably presented and radiating the sophistication of the Sofitel brand, you lead with poise, professionalism, and approachability. Flexible and dependable, you thrive in a dynamic, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

You hold a current RSA certificate to ensure every service is delivered safely, elegantly, and to the highest standard of care, and hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work with us without restriction.
