A Chief Concierge, also known as a Head Concierge, is responsible for overseeing the concierge department of a hotel or resort. They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests, and that their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the concierge team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Set departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Provide information and assistance to guests on a variety of topics, including local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events.
• Make reservations for restaurants, shows, and other activities.
• Arrange for special services, such as childcare, transportation, and translation services.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors.
