As a Breakfast Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests each morning, creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will manage reservations and seating while ensuring a seamless flow of service, reflecting our Forbes Five-Star standards and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

What you will be doing:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a genuine, personalized welcome
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus as required
• Maintain awareness of restaurant capacity and communicate effectively with the service team
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure the host stand and entrance area are clean, organized, and inviting at all times
• Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen, and leadership teams to enhance the guest experience
• Recognize VIP guests and repeat visitors, ensuring preferences are acknowledged
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
• High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an asset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serving It Right certification
