Salary: £29,380

Your purpose will be: To be responsible for exceeding member expectations on a day to day basis, whilst ensuring that the Fitness Areas and Activities are promoted and run effectively

You will be accountable for:

• To ensure the Fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented as laid out in the Brand Standards
• To assist the Senior Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations
• To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. To maintain the five star level of cleanliness required

Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:

• Day to day running of all fitness related activities
• Cleanliness and maintenance of all gymnasium equipment and presentation of fitness staff
• Ongoing training and self-development
• Fitness / therapy bookings
• Health & Safety
• Complaints
• Fun & Humour
• Miscellaneous
• Provide relevant information
• Operate switchboard
• Answer queries
• Control float
• Complete administration query forms
• Receipt income 

What you will need to do this role:

• Passion for customer service and providing outstanding treatments to all guests
• Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spa
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
• Enthusiastic and positive personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to work independently
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
