We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience for our guests by mixing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Job Role

• Welcome the guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Prepare mise-en-place for service.
• Prepare the outlet before guest arrivals.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, counters, and glassware.
• Follow standard drink recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Recommend and promote signature cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support bar operations during busy hours by working closely with the service and kitchen teams.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand with Maldives experience.
• Proficient in English. Other language skills such as Russian would be an advantage. 
• Knowledgeable of the latest trends in bartending world, creativity and ability to upsell cocktails.
• Ability to do flair and juggling.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
