As a Bar Supervisor, this position is responsible for assisting F&B Manager in the daily leadership of the bar operations to optimize guest satisfaction as well as to ensure that all productivity and expense controls are followed, and all revenue opportunities are capitalized upon. 

• To assist the F&B Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the Bar on a daily basis.
• To assist F&B Manager in training and developing supervisors with regards to service quality, courtesy of the staff, skill of the staff, efficiency of the staff, ability of the staff to keep promises, flexibility of the staff as it will impact customer perceptions of quality.
• To ensure that the Bar is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times
• To assure the most efficient operation of Bar, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments.
• To ensure that all SOP(s) are properly implemented and carried out efficiently.

• Qualifications and experience in Bar or equivalent qualifications
• Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star Resort with a multicultural team.
• Stong on Revenue driving results. 
• In depth knowledge of growing trends in bar & beverage area.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
