This award winning Brasserie offers a  personalized, friendly service and a selection of authentic culinary creations, to create an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests. 

• Supervises a team of bartenders and ensures  the guests’ orders and requests are attended to in a timely manner
• Oversees the weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and prepares store requisitions / bar requisitions and reports any discrepancy to the manager
• Develops together with the bar manager new drinks and themes for the bar
• Works in close cooperation with all other team members of the bar, as well as kitchen, stewarding and cashiers.

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
