This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in India.  


Job Description

At Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel, our Associate Director of Sales is more than a revenue driver—they are a connector, a storyteller, and a strategist. At the heart of positioning, launching, and driving Roswyn’s success, you’ll lead sales initiatives that amplify our brand, grow revenue, and ensure every partnership feels personal, purposeful, and unforgettable. You’ll ensure every market segment is reached with impact, while upholding the highest standards of brand presence, client relationships, and business growth.

This role is about sales excellence with a creative edge: delivering results while shaping the stories, partnerships, and guest experiences that make Roswyn truly unforgettable.

What you’ll do...

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue across all segments, including corporate, leisure, group, and events.

  • Lead by example, mentoring and motivating the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities, leveraging market insights, local connections, and creative thinking.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership with accuracy and clarity.

  • Represent Roswyn at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings with charisma and professionalism.

  • Support brand initiatives, ensuring all sales efforts align with the Morgans Originals ethos of creativity, boldness, and originality.


Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within luxury or lifestyle hotels.

  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset and a flair for creative solutions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship-builder.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with short-term revenue goals.

  • Confident, decisive, and composed in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.

  • Proficient in hotel sales systems and CRM platforms; good computer literacy.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.

  • Embodies the Morgans Originals spirit: bold, innovative, approachable, and always looking to do things differently.
