Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all spa guests, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities.
  • Assist with the training and development of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with all spa policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of daily and weekly reports.
  • Assist with the promotion of spa services and packages.
  • Conduct spa tours and provide information to potential guests.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Assist with the preparation of the spa budget.
  • Monitor spa expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Process spa payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Motivate and inspire the spa team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Resolve team conflicts and address any personnel issues.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
