Job Description

Sales Support and Development:

  • Assist the Sales Team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate segment.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the corporate travel market.
  • Actively contribute to achieving corporate sales targets by managing a portfolio of clients and accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and Accor Key Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate site inspections and client meetings.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at corporate clients.
  • Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and industry-related meetings to promote the brand and develop business relationships.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings and client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, contracts, and communications within the CRM system.
  • Provide support in generating sales reports, market analyses, and performance updates for management review.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or corporate travel sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel management and familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
