Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you are responsible to assisting the Restaurant Manager for the daily operation of All Day Dinning Restaurant. You will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

About the role

  • Reports to the Restaurant Manager, manages the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
  • Conducts frequent spot-checks within the outlet department to ensure that all procedures are strictly followed.
  • Handles guest feedback / complaints effectively.
  • Ensures all SOP(s) are properly implemented and carried out efficiently

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
  • Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English. Ability to speak in Dhivehi is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of MICROS.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
