Job Description

  • Lead the Lobby Lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all services — including the Lobby Bar, Afternoon Tea, Chocolate Hour, and Club Lounge benefits.
  • Manage bar and beverage operations, ensuring product quality, presentation, and service excellence that meet Mövenpick brand standards.
  • Drive revenue through creative upselling and cross-selling techniques, encouraging the team to promote premium beverages, signature cocktails, and afternoon tea experiences.
  • Oversee outlet financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, while contributing to strategic business planning.
  • Develop and implement profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with the Culinary and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain strong guest relations by addressing feedback promptly and personalizing service for repeat and long-stay guests.
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver engaging, confident service and achieve upselling targets.
  • Ensure daily operational excellence through staff briefings, equipment checks, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Support other F&B outlets during peak periods or special events as required by management.
  • Attend regular meetings, briefings, and training sessions to stay aligned with hotel standards, company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Secondary/High school education required; additional Food & Beverage certification(s) desirable.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (reading, writing, and oral communication).
  • Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in food and beverage industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, HR management skills, and business acumen.
