We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the full employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with department leaders on performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Develop and implement training and development programs, focusing on leadership and organizational culture
- Champion a culture of inclusion, well-being, and high performance across the organization
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and People & Culture reporting requirements
- Maintain HR systems and lead recognition programs for employees
- Assist in workforce planning, productivity analysis, and strategic HR initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in People & Culture roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Genuine passion for people and organizational culture
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
