To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring your go-getter energy—think bold, proactive, adaptable, and always ready to roll up your sleeves. You’re someone who leads with confidence, solves problems with flair, and keeps the vibe high no matter the shift.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in Hotel Front Office as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Team Leader
- Tech-savvy with solid skills in Opera Cloud (or similar PMS), Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Current and valid First Aid and CPR certification
- RP Badge and Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation valid in South Australia
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts—from early mornings to late nights, weekends, and public holidays as business demands
