Job Description

This role supports the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s financial operations, overseeing the Finance team, ensuring compliance with Accor policies and procedures, and contributing to the continued success of our business. Other duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring accuracy in accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assisting with internal audits and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with operational departments to ensure financial alignment.
  • Monitor all internal and external payroll requirements and ensure that procedures are respected.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in finance/accounting within hospitality or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SunSystem).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
