Job Description

We are looking for a natural coach and mentor with a passion for people development. Strong communication & leadership skills. A collaborative, confident, and detail-oriented individual. Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and work across departments. Experience in hospitality or a similar industry is a plus. Join our team and help us cultivate a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous learning!

MISSION

You will manage the resort’s learning and development programs, from onboarding to leadership development. Your role involves creating a learning environment aligned with our values and guiding each department in developing future leaders. As a coach, mentor, and facilitator, you will drive training initiatives that shape our people strategy, enhance guest experiences, and support succession planning.


Qualifications

  • 2 Years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in semi-remote areas
