The Role
Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and the commercial team in the day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities consisting of (not limited to):
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media activity on behalf of the hotel.
- Develop website copy and regular content updates.
- Monitor and update the hotels online content including OTA’s, third party sites.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation an annual promotional plan for Hotel.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers and sales kits.

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded property that opened its doors on 1 July 2024. With a total of 464 rooms - 248 in Novotel Melbourne Airport and 216 in ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, this dynamic new development is just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, offering convenience and comfort for travellers and professionals alike.

Our elegant ballroom can host up to 480 guests for a cocktail-style event or 240 for a seated banquet and can be effortlessly divided into Ballroom 1, 2, and 3, providing flexible configurations to suit any occasion, whether it’s a conference, workshop, product launch, or celebration. For guests seeking a productive environment, Aerofoil, our premium co-working space, offers a stylish and comfortable setting ideal for catching up on work between flights, hosting important meetings, or staying connected on the go.
