Job Description

As our next Reservation Coordinator, you…

Are the face of IBIS London City Shoreditch extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

  • Perform general office duties, including answering the phones, handling incoming correspondence from costumers in a timely and professional manner;
  • Responsible for the quality of the rooms sales;
  • Ensure that all reservations are 100% accurate;
  • Co-ordinate and control the flow of documents and information between hotel and guests;
  • Promote and maintain customer loyalty
  • Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience;
  • Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

 

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
