Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant (Handyman) with skill, passion and a huge smile for our guest.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you would be responsible for:

*General hotel maintenance with focus on a room PPM programme, painting, maintaining, repairing and decorating surfaces of the building, furniture, rooms and equipment throughout the facility to the highest standards.
* Carrying out preventive, remedial and corrective maintenance in the hotels by assisting our Maintenance Manager.
* Carrying out technical maintenance in case of dysfunction, and carry out monthly checks on the hotel's technical installations.
* Smooth running of the hotel's technical equipment.

*Ensuring that the brand's standards and procedures are complied with.
