Job Description

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the (luxury, premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.

•Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business;

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Hospitality Management;

•Prior 5+ years’ in Accor;

•Previous working experience as a GM in Premium brands will be an advantage;

•Fluent in Russian and English;

•Good understanding of the current hospitality market;

•Experience with owners and managers relationship;

•High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations, focus on guest experience and a strong business acumen;

•Excellent communication and customer contact skills;

•Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and other required applications;

•Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively;

•Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations;

•A team player & builder.
