• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills while collaborating on major preventive maintenance, repairs, or service tasks.
• Executes all painting, polishing, and related duties to the highest professional standards.
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Prepares surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and repairing walls and other surfaces.
• Applies paint, varnish, and other finishes according to specified instructions and quality standards.
• Maintains strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.

• Proven experience as a Paint Polisher or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded, with a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and with precision to deliver high-quality results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for identifying imperfections.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
