We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Management Trainee - Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia. This comprehensive training program is designed to nurture future leaders in the hospitality sector, providing hands-on experience and invaluable insights into various aspects of food and beverage operations.
- Rotate through different F&B departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations
- Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurants, bars, and banquet services
- Learn and implement food safety and hygiene standards across all operational areas
- Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management processes
- Engage with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for F&B outlets
- Support staff training and development initiatives
- Analyze key performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on management experiences
- Has Completed His/Her First Internship In Operational Department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated leadership potential and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of food and beverage operations and familiarity with hospitality industry trends
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Indonesia for the duration of the training program
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
- Internship or part-time work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
