La Serre Bar invites you to step into a world of refined indulgence. We are seeking a charismatic Part-time Bartender with a flair for luxury mixology. Someone who can transform every pour, every garnish, and every conversation into an unforgettable moment. Here, your passion for flavours, ingredients, and the theatre of service becomes part of an exquisite guest experience. From signature cocktails to timeless classics, you will craft drinks that embody elegance, creativity, and the joy of discovery.

As a Bartender you will:

• Serve each guest with elegance, precision, and flair.
• Craft and present refined cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Engage guests with warmth and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain an immaculate bar and uphold safety standards.
• Process orders seamlessly with accuracy and efficiency.
• Curate bar inventory and contribute to seasonal creations.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service with professionalism.
• Embody French hospitality through gracious service.

This role is permanent part time (minimum 16 hours per week) 

• At least 1 year experience in a luxury 5 star hotel
• At least 1 year experience Bartending and Cocktail Mixoligist experience
• Innovative and ability to create new cocktails to suprise and delight our guests
• Previous experience in Fine dining breakfast and dinner service
• Previous experience in luxury banqueting service
• Previous experience in Barista and Café style service
• Knowledge on gastronomy and beverages
• Use of Micros is a bonus
• Strong presentation and organisation skills
• Ability to work in the fast paced environment and be proactive
• Previous hotel or administration experience
• Positive bubbly personality
