Job Description

•    To execute in a timely manner all correspondence for guest reservation requests
•    To maintain accurate and current room information in all account files-PM, myFairmont Reservations
•    Answer telephone, email and hotel colleagues inquiries in a timely matter
•    Assist in processing all reservation requests: FIT, Group & Transient by phone, fax and email
•    Supporting Director, Revenue Management and Revenue Management Analyst as needed
•    Ensure that all guest details and requests are properly noted and action in a timely manner
•    Follow all safety policies  
•    Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

•    Fluent in both official languages (French & English) 
•    Ability to type 40 w.p.m
•    Desire to work and grow in the hospitality industry
•    Previous front office and/or reservations experience required
•    Previous guest service experiences a must
•    Must have high level of professionalism and must work well with others
•    Must be flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times
•    Must display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skill to be able to deal with multiple priorities
•    Exceptional ability to work under deadline pressure
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook would be an asset
•    Able to work shifts, holidays and weekends
