You will be:
- Experienced in a Kitchen or Restaurant role within the hotel industry is preferred, but not essential
- Physically resilient to manage the demands of a fast-paced kitchen
- A charming, upbeat, and optimistic personality with a "Can Do" attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and culinary arts
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Able to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
