    Main Responsibilities:

    Ready to unleash your culinary creativity? You'll whip up menu items that not only dazzle but also stay within our budgetary boundaries. Keep things fresh with strict stock rotation and minimal wastage, and don't forget to consult with our Executive Chef before placing those food orders.

    You'll be the liaison between our kitchen and restaurant, ensuring seamless communication on menu availability and any tantalizing additions. And hey, teamwork makes the dream work! Guide our apprentices as needed and always keep your place game strong.

    Talent & Culture Responsibilities: Join forces with our Kitchen Management Team to cook up some stellar on-the-job training programs. Newbies in the house? Get them up to speed on our brand and service standards ASAP!

    Got feedback? We're all ears! Use guest input to elevate our offerings and keep those communication channels wide open with our staff.

    Health & Safety: Safety first, always! Whether it's reporting hazards or rocking those safe work practices, you'll be our safety superstar.

    Systems & Procedures: Spot a system glitch? Don't just sit on it—let your manager know and brainstorm some killer improvements.

    Customer Relations: From providing top-notch service to being our resident salesperson for special promotions, you'll be the face of hospitality excellence.

    Other: Own your tasks, soak up those training sessions, and uphold our property policies like a pro. And remember, confidentiality is key when it comes to our hotel, our customers, and our team.

    Salary: £12.00 per hour
