You are:

• A people person with a bright, outgoing personality—experience isn’t essential; your passion for people is what matters most
• Someone who thrives in a diverse environment, able to confidently interact with guests from all walks of life, even if English isn't their first language
• Eager to be part of something bigger, representing Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport and our values with pride
• Committed to delivering 5-star service, going the extra mile to make every guest feel like they belong
• While experience in a Reception/Front Office role, or experience in Hotels or hospitality is preferred, we value personality, commitment and a positive attitude above all
