• Greet guests, suggest and take drink orders, serve food and beverage according to hotel standards.  

• Check on guests’ satisfaction, attends to guests’ needs and complaints with proper follow up in a courteous and helpful manner.  

• Present check, perform cashiering function, bid guests’ farewell and invite them to come back.  

• Reset tables for next meal period/event and prepare mise-en-place  

• Perform closing duties and maintain cleanliness of work place  

• Attend to guest needs, feedback and on site request 

• Must be currently enrolled in Hospitality-related Degree

• Previous experience preferred  

• Read, write, speak English fluently  

• Good guest interaction skills  

• Good listening skills  

• Good interpersonal and communication skills  

• Presentable, well groomed  

• People-oriented  

• Able to work under pressure and independently.
