Job Description

•Assist with the entire recruitment processes (jobs advertising, screening, selection, interview arrangements, summarizing results, etc.).

•Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies.

•Manage the leave records and attendance for all employees.

•Provide daily, weekly and monthly canteen meal reports as required.

•Assist with compliance works based on labor law: workbooks registration, staff declarations, etc.


Qualifications

•A minimum of 2 years related experience.

•Knowledge of the Cambodian Labor Law.

•Excellent communications skills in spoken and written Khmer & English.

•Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible.

•Excellent organization and planning skills.

•Must possess extensive computer skills (MS Office).
