Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual
  • Manage the operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities
  • Support strategic initiatives for the spa and wellness areas applicable to the hotel to help market the overall well-being offer / product
  • Training and Coaching of reception and spa attendant
  • Schedule treatment bookings and ensure smooth operation of the reception
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and spa therapy
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
