• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and timing
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
• Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously, escalating when necessary
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Follow hotel service standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulations
• Support special events, banquets, and private functions as required
• Process payments when required, following cash handling procedures

• Previous experience as a Server, preferably in a five-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service (preferred)
• Excellent command of English; Greek is an advantage
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Russian) is a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
